This car park has been been mentioned on here quite recently:

Thank you KeithP.Unfortunately the initial outcome of Shaagetl wasn't positive. Will go ahead with complaining to the stores.0

that is because that person snatched defeat from the jaws of victory due to not doing enough research and also not writing a proper rebuttal about landowner contract and signagethey were advised to do more research by people like nosferatu etcpoor research can result in a costly failure , so 4 out of 10 for effort (or lack of it)2

Hi Redx,
You're probably right. Admittedly does seem quite a challenge.
We may also send complaints directly to their head offices.
Btw do all need to be letter based or can be as emails?

email is usually ok for complaints, but stamped post as a last resorttry ceo email dot com0

Hi Redx
Hopefully this will be the last question for some time. Who would thought a PCN would give us such a headache. Very unhealthy indeed.
Is it ok to mention neighbouring store in the complaint when sending it to individual company?

I have complained to both retailers and received one response; they're looking into the matter.
It is very close to the expiration date of the discounted charge, should I also send the appeal template to the parking company or await for the further response from the retailer?0 -
The 'discounted charge' is there simply to panic you into paying up quickly and not appealing or causing ecp any hassle. Do not be rushed into jumping to their tune!
The important date for you is the 28 days they give you for your initial appeal - that provides you with the avenue to POPLA. As your ticket it an ANPR one you can send the blue text appeal from the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, first post, right away. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
