The different holiday companies are giving you an option to rebook. Live Havens are sending out emails to people booked till 14th April. I found an article online. Would try to find it and post it here.
HTHI wanted to thankyou a million times but its a shame that I can press the button just once :T0 -

Thanks macgyver , had a notification from Haven 2 days before lock down giving option to re book or request refund but unfortunately the holiday would work out a lot more expensive due to Haven's t's & c's saying any extra in price would have to be paid which i can't afford ,so asked for refund which they said fine & my refund would be passed to Sun Holidays , i'm sure other people must have had same problem !1

Thank you for that information. I hadn't realised that the increased cost of rebookings. I was thinking, that it would be simple swap of dates. Even I wouldn't be happy with paying the inflated prices post this crisis.I wanted to thankyou a million times but its a shame that I can press the button just once :T1

Haven sent us an email 2 days before lock down offering full refund or re book but if it's more which it definitely would be cos the booking would be by them & not the sun newspaper @ £9.50 or £40.00 for the 4 night break then your obliged to pay the extra around an extra £100 i'd imagine & can't afford. Opted for refund of the £40 which they said would be passed to the Sun news , What im not sure about is how this is going to work re the sun refunding as i've searched & nothing except link you kindly sent me & which just says contact relevant parks ? Wouldn't mind taking hit on one but i've booked 4 of these holidays spread over 3 months & amounts to £200 in total & in my opinion the Sun News Group can well afford to refund?? Case of passing the buck i think!0

I have booked 2. Spent £120 on one on 17-20th Apr with Haven and £150 for one during May half term. With Park holidays. About Haven saying that they would refund to Sun sounds like an eye wash to me. Speaking to Sun might clarify things but it might be difficult in these times though.
Edit- Just had an online chat about my Park holidays break in May. The agent said they would refund it if the holiday was cancelled by them. Don't know if they would hold on to that statement for long. 🤞I wanted to thankyou a million times but its a shame that I can press the button just once :T0 -
Hi macgyver..i have emailed sun news for clarification , probably take a while for a reply but I'll let you know outcome.End of day we have more worrying things to think of but i really appreciate your comments, take care.1

Did you hear back from the Sun at all? I asked Haven for a rebooking and they phoned me yesterday (we were due to go next week in the Easter holidays). They've told me I cannot rebook during school holidays or bank holidays, or even into 2021 as the promotional period is set to 2020. I'm going to need to request a refund....

I've just read the club950 link and it says the following for Haven, which they definitely different mention yesterday:
'Haven
Update: April 6th 2020, 10:00
Haven parks will remain closed until Thursday 14th May 2020.
If you have an affected break, they will be in contact with you directly via email and will offer you the following options:
- Change your date to another break in 2020 or 2021 and receive a £50 Food and Beverage voucher to spend on park
- Not sure when you’d like to go – that’s fine. They’ll transfer your funds into a holding account for you to use when you’re ready, PLUS you’ll still receive the £50 Food and Beverage voucher to spend on Park
- A full refund
They will be working through all affected breaks in arrival date order. They will start with those booked between 17 April and 30 April 2020. They would like to thank everyone for their patience whilst they work through this as quickly as they can. They ask that you please wait for them to contact you and thank you for your understanding.
For the latest Haven updates please check out the following: www.haven.com/about-us/general-news'
I was told I couldn't rebook for 2021 and was restricted to dates.

From the Sun site bit about haven

Given that they are not dealing with a just a few people but 100% of their bookings for many weeks (and potentially reduced office staffing levels) it would seem likely to take some time and that's assuming the companies do not go under.
