    I like many others booked a cheap break at the end of May, Ive just had emails from Haven and the sun newspaper saying I can rebook for a later date including 2021 with a £50 meal voucher or have a credit note towards a future Haven holiday.  However no option of a full refund.  Is this allowed or correct? advice welcomed please.

    I had asked for a refund from Haven for my holiday on 17th April. The refund of service fees (£40) appeared yesterday in my account. Now waiting for the refund of the cost of the holiday from Sun.
    I have another Sun holiday booked at the end on May with park holidays but they haven't cancelled their holidays after 14th May yet.
    I wanted to thankyou a million times but its a shame that I can press the button just once :T

    Update:
    My other holiday with Park Holidays is cancelled as well and I received an email from them few days back.
    Today I received a Phone call from them offering me three options.
    1. Gat a credit + 20% for future bookings
    2. Move the holiday to a future date until Oct 2021
    3. Get a refund
    I opted for a refund and when asked who will be refunding me, he said that they would notify Sun of my cancellation and they are the ones who will refund me since I paid money to them. He was saying it will take up to 10 days but I do not believe it as Sun hasn't refunded the holiday on 17th Apr. So it's up to Sun to refund me :{
    Anybody else received any refunds or communication from Sun? Is there a way to contact them?
    Thanks

    I had 2 Sun holidays booked in May and asked for refunds. I have received refunds from Haven on both, but have not received any refunds on the deposits of £38 on either of them from the Sun.  I've found an online form but it only refers to the holiday park not refunding, does anyone know of a way to contact the Sun please?

    we had a sun holiday for april, the park were very good offering rebooking or refund. we elected for refund which they refunded the service fees after about 2 weeks. I had an email from sun holidays about 4 weeks later and the refund for the booking less handling fee arrived about 3 weeks later.  So it was slow but they got there between them
