    appears to be a newbie, if you click on the user name, then replies, joined last night at 11.47 and made 9 comments on different forums by 11.56, must be bored with the lockdown.

    From your description of the "hassle" it sounds like you simply didn't read the instruction manual properly. 
    Bluntly, similar "hassle" would therefore result with any other model of TV you purchased. 

    In addition modern flatscreen TVs just don't have the space in them for adequate speakers, hence the popularity of separate sound-bars.
