  • I cancelled my flexible booking on 14th March, was told on 27th March I would be refunded and despite several emails I  have still had nothing back from them, very poor customer service

    Still no refund from these people. I logged on to my 'account' and now it shows that I have 'Completed' the parking I booked and do not have any cancelled bookings! A few weeks ago it showed as one cancelled - and BY APH I might add. Strange how they can say my booking was completed when they themselves were closed!!
    Disgusting customer service, they should hold their heads in shame.
    Still not answering any phone calls, only contact is by email and they are seemingly ignored. But look on the bright side, they can still take bookings and take money, pity they are not honest enough to refund and blatantly ignore their legal obligations.
  • Ajw1100, We are in the same boat as you, APH cancelled our April booking in March. It is now “5 MONTHS” and still no refund as requested. We did receive an e-mail back in June stating they were dealing with refunds in order of dates and to my amazement my booking too shows completed on my APH account despite the fact that their Gatwick car park was closed at the time. Their e-mail states that they will have to contact me for a refund to re-obtain my card details as their system automatically deletes card details for security reasons after a period of time. This is shocking customer after sales care aand is totally unacceptable, grhhhh !!!!!!

    Just an update.
    I paid for parking on the 14/10/2019 which was refunded on the 10/07/2020 around 9 months later, so you may still have 4 months still to wait!
    They did not contact me to obtain the card number so as they do not keep the card numbers I assume Mystic Meg must be in their employ!! I sent a rather strong email to the CEO and the refund arrived a couple of days later. I think his name was on the email apologizing for the delay. Worth a shot. Good Luck.

    As you can see from my post above dated the 8th July, I sent my email the same day so must have had an effect or maybe it was just a coincidence?
