Not just O2 prices but Iphone 11 prices as well.
For what reasons do you need a top of  the range Iphone when you have an Iphone that is just over 18 month old? Are you saying that the Iphone XS is not very good.

Why not wait until 15th September when you can go with anyone without a penalty charge?

Can Upgrade now O2 Refresh for free but Other Networks/o2 on other website £193.50 to upgrade now
  • Are you sure the battery is poor after 18 months? My 4 year old iPhone still has the original battery and is still showing 80%, the battery lasts all day on a charge.

Apple (and potentially O2) will love you to "upgrade"... Why not wait until September when Apple may have 5G phones?

Wait until contract is up the go through topcashback or quidco for some free money.
Do you have a friend or family member who works for the NHS as they get corporate discount on the call part of the refresh tariff.
Look at an outright purchase for the phone and then use a firm that piggybacks onto o2 if you have to use them as line rental is a fraction of what 02 will charge you

Mum works for NHS So dose Step mum.

I CBA to take out 3 year contract and pay £90-£150 more than what the phone is worth from other companies to go with o2 think it's a big joke...
NHS Discount with EE or Mobilephonesdirect with three/Vodafone is way cheaper/better value than o2 so gonna go with one of them
