    £20.82 and £1.96  for 2 and 3 respectively.
The things you have to do for such a mere pittance.
I sometimes think Red or Black would be a better option!

My wife and I each closed issue 1 and 3 yesterday at the same time.
This morning, I received the closing balance of both issues in my current account but my wife only received the money from issue 3.
I am pretty sure the bank details are correct because I checked the details at least 4 times before closing.
    Anyone else still waiting?

The £11K just appeared in my wife's Lloyds account at 14.40. Wasn't there 2 mins ago.
YBS are probably doing the payments manually or it was held by Lloyds because of the amount.

When I closed my Issue 1 on Sunday, the funds didn't arrive until Monday afternoon in my destination account (BoS). Issue 3 funds arrived in the morning.

Another (what I would consider to be) obvious question that doesn't appear to be answered in the documentation - is it permitted to make multiple deposits within a month, up to the monthly limit, or does the whole month's deposit have to be a single transaction?
