Will any discount you hope to receive this year result in a higher increase next year?

How many weeks would you normally use the van at this time of the year?  

Presume a lot of the bills are payable whether you use the van for just one weekend or more than 26 weeks of the year. 
Any rates payable? Water/Gas/Electric?

If the caravan is there, and still available, then it’s hard to see why you would expect any sort of refund. The owner hasn’t changed anything, so why should they lose out?

Obviously on an Internet forum this means nothing ( and the statement was obviously going to rile some people) but it’s pretty obvious that they aren’t going to come back to the thread.
