Why are you posting about this again? You never revisited your thread from three weeks ago about it:

The item was a TV stand. It was in the furniture section. They said it is an electrical item.0

A FOI? I suspect they won't take that very seriously.0

Didn’t see any replies. My first ever post and new to the forum and website so wrongly assumed I would get some sort of notification if anyone commented. Thought I’d done something wrong so did it again. 😕davidmcn said:Why are you posting about this again? You never revisited your thread from three weeks ago about it:0 -
Can you tell us exactly what the product you bought was?
Never mind, I just had a look at your other thread. So you purchased a TV stand yet the terms of the voucher were specifically for items purchased within their Home department. TV stands are not part of that department and therefore were excluded from that offer. No scam, no conspiracy just a customer not checking carefully what they are entitled to (or not).5 -
It was a wooden tv stand0

Wood and a stand are not Electrical .

So when you click ‘home’ then ‘living room’ then ‘tv stands’ surely it is in home department. I can assure you I checked and when I spoke to them they said it is an electrical item. Another person said it did qualify a it was not a made to measure product.neilmcl said:Can you tell us exactly what the product you bought was?
