If you go on JL website then Home, living room you will find TV stands so I think they are in Homeneilmcl said:Can you tell us exactly what the product you bought was?
Never mind, I just had a look at your other thread. So you purchased a TV stand yet the terms of the voucher were specifically for items purchased within their Home department. TV stands are not part of that department and therefore were excluded from that offer. No scam, no conspiracy just a customer not checking carefully what they are entitled to (or not).1 -
I see them under Furniture and Lights not Home and Garden .TV stands are listed under Sound and Vision /Under Electricals as well .But that is today and unknown date when OP purchased and what JL showed then .0

The T&C say no made to measure and no electricals and must be across home. People on this forum bought furniture and it qualified? I bought furniture and it didn’t?0

Have you actually pointed out to JL that you bought it via the link to "Home" on their website*, and that a TV stand obviously is not "electrical" and is not made to measure? Have you made that absolutely clear to them?*Is the TV sland listed under both Home and Electrical leading to confusion?1

Thanks, Yes, I’ve pointed that out. Basically, TV stands is its own section which can be accessed via various routes. But to me, if it doesn’t need electricity, it’s not electrical. And that’s part of my complaint about it being misleading... not very clear what qualifies.Manxman_in_exile said:Have you actually pointed out to JL that you bought it via the link to "Home" on their website*, and that a TV stand obviously is not "electrical" and is not made to measure? Well if you were to go into any JL store the TV stands are not in the home or furniture sections, they're quite rightly in the TV department. So you're right, whilst they're not electrical nor made to measure, they're not strictly furniture either, they'd be classed as a TV accessory.1

I dont see it asked but are you a JL member ?0

We weren’t when we purchased but the offer stated that you could join after. We were unable to do this due to an issue with website. We had several conversations with them about this and it was finally passed to the IT dept. They rectified the issue the day after the voucher claim end date... which was frustrating.DCFC79 said:I dont see it asked but are you a JL member ?0
