Anyone got one? I’ve been told now that my item doesn’t qualify!  I believe it does according to their T&Cs.  I am going to trading standards as I believe it’s misleading.  I’m also going to submit a FOI request to see how many vouchers have actually been given out!

Yup, I spent over £500 on furniture and I’ve received (and used!) the £100 voucher. If the OP returns, what item/s did you buy?

Bought a product costing £599 to qualify for £100 voucher.  When the time came to claim I couldn’t log onto my John Lewis account due to a problem with the site.  When contacting them they said my item didn’t qualify for the voucher.  We disputed this as it was not on the excluded list.  Miraculously, when the last date to claim the voucher passed, their website was working again! 🤔. Reported to Citizens advice who advised a formal letter of complaint.   Sent a letter to ask for the list of qualifying items (their answer: your item is not on it), to ask for the number of £100 vouchers actually redeemed (their answer: I don’t have that information) and to find out why there were issues with the website during ‘claim dates’ (their answer: the issue is now fixed).🤔
    All very suspicious to me!!
