I no sometimes the truth stings and its not what people want to hear but its the way life is. It sucks. We all been have been wronged in some shape or form.

OP- Satsuma did the same to me. Take it to the ombudsman. I did. And won.

Thank you everyone for your responses. I appreciate it so much. I’m still waiting for them to review my complaint. If they don’t uphold it, I will have to raise a complaint with the Ombudsman and CIFAS. 

I will post on here with an update when I can

Hearing that gives me some hope! Could you provide any tips with the complaint you raised with the Ombudsman please? Did you add anything to the complaint or send the same one that was sent to Satsuma

So I raised a complaint with Satsuma, they didn’t uphold. Then I complained direct to CIFAS, they didn’t uphold. I then complained to ombudsman and they had the exact same information, I just added in that both satsuma and cifas have rejected my side of the story, which is the truth- a genuine mistake!

Forgot to say good luck. This ruined my life for almost 2 years and I was so anxious. Please fight it
