You should be able to get your money back via chargeback if you've sought a refund that you're entitled to and had it refused....0

I have been waiting for a refund for 18 months. I emailed them many times, they recently stopped replying. I have phoned but took a hour to get through, that was months ago. The last thing they said was I would be refunded by 30 th April 21 . This date has passed and nothing! I don’t know what to do next! Never book with Alpharooms x so Angry 😡0
