BW Legal - CCJ - UK Parking Patrol - Defence help needed

Good afternoon all and thank you for this forum and contributions,

I have done alot of reading and I am in the process of creating my defence using the template, however I am struggling on the part of coming up with one for my scenario.
I do not know who the driver was at the time of alleged offence.
The car park is a private parking area (image below linked google street view)

ttps://www.google.com/maps/@53.4792864,-2.247578,3a,60y,3.13h,76.28t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1svYAXyjJTbDbAEDckQzqa6A!2e0!7i16384!8i8192

The original fine was 60 GBP, they are demanding 241.02 GBP now, I have read about the Abuse of Process thread and have a defence template set up.
I am going to continue to scower this forum for a defence, my county court papers are dated 30 March 2020 and I have done the ackknowledgement part 2 days ago

kind regards

With a Claim Issue Date of 30th March, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 4th May 2020 to file your Defence.
That's nearly three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.

To file a Defence, follow the guidance in this post:

Guidance on creating a Defence is also in that thread - in the first post on that thread.
Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

Keith much appreciated for fixing my link and the reply, that is the main post I am using to create this defence template, however point 16/17 is where I am currently stuck at.

The car park is a private space with no machines to pay for, the offence happened at 21:24 for "No permit"

Upload pics to somewhere like imgur, then post broken links as you have before.

This is like pulling blod from a stone
    Look
You jhave to give us every bit of info that you can. Currently, youre not ofefering, youre waiting for u s to ask - or as aboive, ask again
Did they comply with POFA? If YES then the ID of the driver doesnt matter at all, youre still potentially liable.

    Apologies for not being clear,
They do not know who the driver was at the time as my elderly mother is the registered keeper of this vehicle and I (son) am a named insured driver along with her on it.
This notice was issued 22-05-19, frankly can't remember why but it must have been fly parking

    That deosnt help
how many people have access? 1? 2? 3? 10? 20? How is acess achieved? frfee for all? Keys left on a table?
How long afte r that event did you first get notrice>? why couldnt the driver be worked out at that pooint? Bearing in mind that this is a requirement on the RK if it had been trhe police asking, it should be something to be considered if not directly answered here - that this is merely a small fry civil claim. 6 points for failure to furnish, not so fun.
No idea what the ticekt was isseud for - overstaying? no permit~ what?

only 2 people have access, me and my mother, access is achieved by keys left on table.
It was nearly a year ago and there was no yellow parking notice to my attention, like i said i do not know who was driving as I can not remember

It says the ticket was issued for "No permit"
24-06-19 was the first letter apparently, but did not recieve that either
