Ensure the defence is emailed as a signed pdf in her name  using an email address in her name asap

You cannot take full control of this , but you can do the heavy lifting and assist her

    1. Defendent is listed as my mother who is registered keeper, however she is reffered to as MR (her name).
That will have come from the V5C (logbook) so go and check that out - check it, not guess/assume what it says. It is likely the information you (your mother) provided to the DVLA.

    But it's no showstopper.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Yep i've made a new email for my mother which will be sending the defence from, and the log book has been changed over to my name since

Then email her signed defence from her email tomorrow before 1600 , to be on the safe side

You only have to adapt 2 paragraphs and use the statement of truth from the Bargepole defence he posted this morning

But it's all detailed in KeithP's first post on this thread. It's the second time today you've been pointed there. Please read the advice given, duplicate or triplicate inputs are such a drain on regulars' desire to help.

    Read it more carefully
This document is sent to both the C and the D
THey attach a copy of the defence when sending the copy to the C
Why have you sent a copy of your defence to the claimant? Thats the CCBC job. What attachments? The appendices thatr C_M created of prior cases?
