Sky bills wrong

Options
Has anyone noticed that their sky tv bills are wrong?
I renewed contract mid September 19 and my latest bill is for £55 instead of the £40 deal I signed up for. The next 3 bills are the same.

I'm assuming that it's just a computer error and will be resolved at some point. Can't get through to call centres and no online contact available due to the pandemic.
I know this is a small problem given the massive situation the world is in at the moment.
Others on their site seem to have wrong bills too,  just wondering if anyone has had any confirmation that it is a problem at sky's end and will be resolved.

Are you sure you did not agree to a six month Sky offer?
  • Definitely not.

So did you accept a deal of 40 quid per month for 18 months, than added sky sports a couple of days later?
