I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

"Unfortunately it is not permitted as part of the contract with Link Parking for us to get involved with any issued tickets."
I am currently drafting an email I will send to them tomorrow morning, based on the great advice given in this thread. I will discuss the following points:- I never gave them permission to
- Alter my leased rights
- Interfere with me lease
- Harass me
- Ask when they held a ballot of all residents in accordance with the Landlord and Tenant Act and ask whether 75% agreed to introduce a scammer with no more than 10% dissenting
- Ask for name of landowner
- Say I will claim against them with Link
- Who will be attending court for MA
- Copy of contract between MA and link parking
If anybody has any suggestion for what else I can mention to them, it will be much appreciated.1 -
You simply need to copy another one someone already did, like this one:

This has all been done so many times before. Why did the leaseholders allow this firm to infest the place?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
