"Your vehicle was not parked in the bay allocated to your property and it was not parked next to the plaque marked NUMBER. Your vehicle was not issued a charge due to a permit not being displayed. "
That's not what they say, so you need to prove it. Obviously their photos must show something.
Agreed. I have pictures I took, which I will upload in a sec, but have yet to see any pictures from them. They, of course, did not provide any evidence when rejecting the appeal.
Go to their website, you should be able to access their photos using your VRM and PCN reference number.

Also, if this is going to court you need to curb using the term curb. 😊
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; show him how to catch fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.

I have been to Link Parking's website, and I don't know where I can see their photos? Perhaps you could send a link if I'm being really blind? Or are you referring to the IAS website, where I believe they will have to upload their proof if/when I appeal there?

And yes, I'll have to make sure to use British spelling of words, haha

I will draft an email tonight to them, using the SAR template on the ICU website, asking for all documents and pictures, thanks!

The latest I have heard from them is simply:
"Unfortunately it is not permitted as part of the contract with Link Parking for us to get involved with any issued tickets."

I am currently drafting an email I will send to them tomorrow morning, based on the great advice given in this thread. I will discuss the following points:
    • I never gave them permission to
      • Alter my leased rights
      • Interfere with me lease
      • Harass me
    • Ask when they held a ballot of all residents in accordance with the Landlord and Tenant Act and ask whether 75% agreed to introduce a scammer with no more than 10% dissenting
    • Ask for name of landowner
    • Say I will claim against them with Link
      • Who will be attending court for MA
      • Copy of contract between MA and link parking

If anybody has any suggestion for what else I can mention to them, it will be much appreciated.

You simply need to copy another one someone already did, like this one:

This has all been done so many times before.  Why did the leaseholders allow this firm to infest the place?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Point out to them that as the principal they are fully responsible fgor the actions of theire agent, and that if they refuse to insdtruct them, to cancel, you will have no choice but to enjoin them to the legal actiron you will take against them for breach of lease
