IAS appeal multiple tickets

So the signs say that you need a permit, but MA said that there is no permit system in place, and permits aren't mentioned at all in the PCN. I brought it up in my appeal to Link, and in their reply they addressed it by saying:Ralph-y said:so scammers say you must have a permit and MA say we are not giving any ?Ralph
"Your vehicle was not parked in the bay allocated to your property and it was not parked next to the plaque marked NUMBER. Your vehicle was not issued a charge due to a permit not being displayed. "

They can say whatever they like, they have to convince a judge that i) there was a contract in place. and ii) that you breached it.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

For sure. Do you think the fact that half of what is in the sign - and therefore the contract - is wrong means there was no contract in place?D_P_Dance said:They can say whatever they like, they have to convince a judge that i) there was a contract in place. and ii) that you breached it.0 -
That is for the Judge, I have not read the sign. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

I'm struggling to upload an image, so I'll transcribe the sign:

Again, the I have written confirmation from the MA saying the following:
"I can confirm that there are no permits required. This sign was put up a while ago when permits were going to be introduced, however the decision was taken not to issue permits. "0 -
NEWBIES - HOW TO UPLOAD LINKS TO PHOTOS/SCANS TO MSETo upload a photo/scan link, you first need to host it on a free photo hosting site (like Dropbox, Imurg or Tinypic), copy the URL, paste it here, but change the http to hxxp and we'll do the conversion. Newbies can't directly upload links to photos/scans until they've a few posts under their belt.Ralph

No, half the sign not applying is irrelevant. So exactly where was the vehicle parked? You stated it was in the correct place, they say it wasn't.1
-
The vehicle was parked next to a curb, on which there's a plaque with the number of my flat. There's no markings on the ground. Around the entire property, some car spaces have markings on the ground and some don't. Furthermore, there are yellow chevrons painted on the ground next to certain curbs, I imagine to prohibit parking there, and there isn't any next to this curb. I will try and upload some pictures shortly.nosferatu1001 said:No, half the sign not applying is irrelevant. So exactly where was the vehicle parked? "Your vehicle was not parked in the bay allocated to your property and it was not parked next to the plaque marked NUMBER. Your vehicle was not issued a charge due to a permit not being displayed. "That's not what they say, so you need to prove it. Obviously their photos must show something.0

Agreed. I have pictures I took, which I will upload in a sec, but have yet to see any pictures from them. They, of course, did not provide any evidence when rejecting the appeal.nosferatu1001 said:"Your vehicle was not parked in the bay allocated to your property and it was not parked next to the plaque marked NUMBER.
