If you need any more data from me to confirm my identity please let me know as soon as possible.
    Change that to something like:
Please find enclosed a copy of both the County Court Claim Form and the vehicle's Registration Document (V5c) which confirm my identity and entitlement to all personal data you hold about me.

I can't find the V5c form at this time, as the registered keeper is my mum. Could I use my drivers license instead?

    Thank you

Are you named on the claim form?  Just to double check theyre not suing your mum? If so, you cannot defend in your name. Not possible.

The claim form was addressed to myself.

So a redacted driving licence makes complete sense. Or copies of utility bills.

Hello once again, I hope everyone is keeping well and staying safe.

Since this last message on here.
Holiday inn the land owners have emailed me confirming they submitted a cancelled request to ParkingEye.
However ParkingEye have emailed me back saying 'you have processed you defence' so they are going to continue taking me to court.
I have received my SAR from PE.
I have received the questionnaire from ParkingEye, they ticked to go to mediation.
I have now received my copy of the HM Courts questionnaire. Should I tick no to mediate as I am disputing the whole claim and do not feel I should pay anything.
    Will mediation help me ?

Is there anything else I need to do on this?

    Thank you.

Tick 'no' to mediation, as the NEWBIES thread says.  There is a whole post explaining this, with a link showing step by step, how to fill in your DQ.

Use this email chain from the Hotel and the Claimant's negative response, as evidence of 'no legitimate interest' to distinguish your case from the Beavis case when it comes to WS & evidence stage:

Holiday inn the land owners have emailed me confirming they submitted a cancelled request to ParkingEye.
However ParkingEye have emailed me back saying 'you have processed you defence' so they are going to continue taking me to court.

Evidence yet again, that a complaint to the landowner woud have worked - whic is why it;s our 'PLAN A' for when people first get a PCN from a private firm, before any appeal and certainly before letting it go to court.  Remember that next time you get one - and spread the word - landowner compaints are the easy way to cancellation if done early enough (pre-POPLA or pre-court action).

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

The NEWBIE thread (which by now you have surely read, always advocates NO to mediation.  Any claimant can cancel the action up to the point of you walking through the door to the courtroom - but of course they forego the fees they have paid, so will continue trying to get the fee from you.

    Looks quite self-explanatory to me.

    As does this:

Read Bargepole's 'what happens when' post linked from there. It tells you exactly how to answer every question on your DQ.

    As above
PE will have a hard job explaining wht legit purpose THIS enforcement serves, when their principal has instructed them to cancel. Major on this in the WS.
