I have two, john lewis finance partnership card  and tesco. club card credit card.
I like the JL CC cos i get text messages and emails for every transaction plus JL 1% cashback and 0.5% elsewhere cashback in JL vouchers.
    The tesco is a back-up.
For cash withdrawals I use TSB debit card never withdrawn cash i on my CC's.
I'm paying off both quickly and experimenting with CC Untilisation to raise credit score back to max.

Why oh why oh why!?  :|
  • I have two. One for everyday use and the other used occasionaly to keep it active. The "other" is only in case there is a problem with the primary.
There have been many instances on MSE of people having problems with their credit card and not having a back up.
Why the guitar person wants to know is anybodys guess? Unless they are trying to show off about how many cards they have achieved?
Cue a month's time - "I'm maxed out on 7 credit cards and can't afford any repayments, what can I do?"
Trying to get credit limits up...
