Do you make the porridge with hot water ? We a sprinkle a tablespoon of ground oat bran 800g £2.50 Morrisons on our dogs dry kibble and it looks like sawdust but she loves it and licks the bowl clean. Helps with her glands 🤢 I’ve often wondered about making it into porridge for her 😆0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

I mix oats with cold water overnight and mix in with their food replacing 1/3rd weight with porridge. I make enough for several days and just keep in Tupperware in the fridge0

Went out for dinner yesterday for pizza with my family, I didn’t have to pay so was a nice treat. Still have leftover paneer curry and truffle mushroom pasta. I ate the paneer for lunch and will have the pasta for dinner.Took the young dog for a 10k this morning although my hip was really hurting 😬 not sure I should go for a run tomorrow too now.Put some anxiety spray on my old dog to see if it helps him want to go back outside. So far not but will give it time. He didn’t want to eat his food this morning but did eat a biscuit do my young dog had 2 breakfasts 🙊
still have bolognese gnocchi left to cook but I’m going to my mums tomorrow for a takeaway so will cook it Monday instead so that will be at least Monday dinner/Tuesday lunch. Not got gousto next week so have to plan some meals. I have lots of potatoes and 3 portions of haggis in the freezer plus some carrots so can do that for a few meals.Might have jacket potatoes with tuna too
need to make a list of all the food I have in. Probably can make do without shopping to be honest. Will try plan a menu.Need to finish another load of laundry and also do my bedsheets, hoover and mop plus clean the bathroom. Also have some freelance work I need to
do and my data course.I bought a book I want to start reading but I’m pretty tired so will see if I have energy left for that1 -
Have you tried a homemade thunder jacket, see if that helps him?

Ouch, hope the injury heals soon. I tend to take a few days off and focus on strength training if I get anything like that and then see how I do.1

I’m still in pain today but need to go take my young dog for a walk so not sure that will help but needs must. I know she will enjoy it and that always makes me happy.Did the bedsheets, laundry, hoovering, tidied the kitchen and had croissants for breakfast from the freezer. Will mop and do the bathroom when I get back from walking as I know she will need a bath and destroy the bathroom so may as well wait to clean it until after that 😂1

Had a nice long walk and only intermittent pain so wasn’t as bad as I expected. Doggo definitely needed a Bath when we got back. Making haggis soup for lunch with carrot, potatoes, onion, turnip and tiny pasta shapes. Just threw in all the bits I need to eat up. Not sure I’ll have time to actually eat it though as I have an early takeaway dinner at mums so probably a bit late to eat lunch now2

Haggis soup sounds different, never thought of using it that way.
Enjoy your takeaway.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
I had to try it before putting in Tupperware and it’s lovely.2

£50.73 on a full tank of petrol, I clearly need to adjust my budget since the price increases as I don’t budget this much per month. £26.26 on 2 face moisturisers. They were on offer so I bought 2 to get the free shipping. £3.20 for coffee with friends on the weekend. Price seems to have gone up at the cafe. £2 to enter a competition 🙊Haven’t bought any food for this week as I’m still eating my haggis soup (one more portion tonight) and leftover bolognese gnocchi tomorrow lunch or dinner… might do cheese on toast for lunch and have the gnocchi for dinner.Have stuff in the freezer I can eat I think… not planned enough Meals yet.I plan to have jacket potatoes with tuna and sweetcorn one evening so might do that thursday.I can eat porridge, cereal, or cheese on toast for lunch. I think I have some soup in the freezer too.Need to make a list of what I’ve got in so I can plan meals better. Gousto next week again 🙊 it was on offer.Need to get breakfast basics so will need a top up shop on the weekend.. hopefully I can be sensible and not spend lots0
