Good luck but I hope you filed a properly pleaded claim, citing the correct law and the breaches of same? Too late to change the pleadings if not, but start your own thread for advice.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok so I have received the SAR from OPC and it turns out that the claim is for 2 parking tickets on separate occasions at a building where I was working. The client had an agreement with OPC where he would give registration numbers of vehicles of people working for him so they wouldn't have to pay for parking. I have spoken to the client and he has confirmed he gave my registration details to his contact at OPC (I have names). I have spoken to OPC who instructed me to contact DCB so I have emailed DCB Legal and explained the situation, giving all the details and requesting they contact OPC to confirm and cancel the tickets. I don't hold out much hope with this so unsure of what to do next? or what to put on the defence form.
Also as part of the SAR should I not have received PDT ticket machine information for the day as this was not present in SAR?
Your help is greatly appreciated.0 -
You don't fill any defence forms in at all
You construct your defence in word by using the Feb 2020 template by coupon mad and adapting 2 paragraphs in red text , then post the adapted paragraphs below , ensuring that you use the new April 2020 statement of truth at the bottom of the template
Email the DPO back and insist that they issue you with any suitably redacted pdt data if machines were used and your VRM is present , or any close match2 -
You can only get your data from an SAR, so if the correct VRM was entered AND recorded properly by the system, then you will (should) get that from the scammers.
If a mistake was made by either the driver or the machine then you won't get it, but you can ask for partially redacted info that matches your VRM.
You should complain to the scammers about any information they withhold, and to the ICO if they still fail to supply it.
Get confirmation from the client in writing that your VRM was passed to the scammers.
As for your defence, use the template defence written by Coupon-mad, especially if the scammers have added on fake amounts above that of the original PCN, combined with one of the seventeen defences linked from the second post of the NEWBIES that best suits your case.
Show us your draft before you submit it to the court. Make sure you are following the guide to court written by bargepole, and the advice given by KeithP.

Well you HAVE to file a defence. No ifs or buts
The PPC are OPC so they are the ones who can DISCONTINUE The claim - DCB work on THEIR behalf, they dont lead.
No, PDT ticket info is not YOUR personal data, so of course it is not part.
Your defence needs to point out that the vehickle was authorised.... as well as the rest of the template.3
