Oh i do hope it reaches my bank it has made for a very anxious day and I have an anxiety problem anyway.
Im not going to check my balance anymore today as it just feeding it, luckily my darling son has leant me the amount - I have never borrowed off one of my children. He works for a housing charity that supports people coming out of prison and says they have had to bail out a few of their tenants today whose benefits have not been made so maybe a problem more widely.I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -

I think we all need to be kinder to each other and to the world. Not just at the moment but all the time and maybe that's the reason for the Corona virus... to make us sit up and think about what we have all been doing."All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of thing shall be well."2
