Twice now i have walked straight into Morrison's at 7:15 Saturday mornings, come out and no queue.
I pass Lidls and people are q8ueuing at 7:40, doesn't open for another 20 mins.
Longest I have been in a queue and at first thought oh Christ far back is this! Was 10 mins (if that), was well happy.
I have had to change supermarket though as usually shop at Lidl, but can't be bothered queuing that long.0 -
Today called to Wilkinsons queued 15 minutes to get in and another 15 minutes to pay
Called to local independent pet food store no queues at all
Lastly went to Morrisons expecting a big queue outside(11.45am) and only one person in front of me and only 3 in front of me at the checkouts

The only queue I have had is for Boots to get MrsM's prescription. Tesco, Asda, Home Bargains, Aldi & Lidl not queued at all to get in and only ever one in front at a checkout. It's all about timing.

Go to the supermarket smaller shops like Tesco Express, Co-op, Sainsburys Local, etc - they are open from 7am. People who are working are probably getting ready and those at home will be in bed - so neither category will be at the food shops!
Worked today, no queues when I went to 2 stores.0 -

Maybe not. But, I can personally assure you that, with certain age related medical conditions, it can be unavoidable. I wish you a long life, but try not to get old.
