Center Parcs UK refund - anyone been paid yet?

I was due to go this week but has obviously been cancelled. I got an email 2 weeks ago detailing the amount being refunded but nothing has been added to my credit card yet. On Twitter they are saying they are working through them but wondered if they are actually not paying them out due to cash flow issues. So has anyone actually received a refund from Center Parcs yet for a cancelled break?

Nope, came here asking exactly the same question, with the same thinking on cashflow... Surely they're financially sound, I suspect an arrogant finance director thinking they're being clever with holding back a few weeks. Both LNER and Premier Inn gave refund within a day of request1

It's not about being clever, it's sadly the way many businesses have to manage finances to be able to remain competitive.0 -
yeah but not CPs, they'll be transferring their excess cash to their overseas investment holders leaving little spare for this crisis, the financial directors will be protecting their shareholders. CPs is a financially sound operation like Premier Inn, not to be compared with the likes of Debenhams who are fighting against the retail tide0

Got refund on card today, 18 days after getting email confirming refund. LNER & Premier Inn took 1 day. Well done finance guy, your shareholders will be proud (other than impact on brand reputation)0
