Center Parcs UK refund - anyone been paid yet?

Hi all, we are having terrible trouble getting our center parcs money back. Our trip was cancelled by them 5 weeks ago and we still have not got our £1700 back. How can it be right to take so long to give peoples money back when we all need it so much at this time? They fail to reply to emails and there is no other form of contact. We have completed the refund request form twice now (as they implemented a new system) but still have had nothing back except for the activities which they have managed to refund. Overall I'm disgusted that a company such as this treats is customers in such a way. Refunding £229 for the activities but appearing unable to refund the main holiday is beyond me? Any advice greatly appreciated.

I’m having problems getting a refund from Aqua Sana, for a spa day visit booked for March. Got an email two weeks ago with an  explanation about how they can’t securely do remote refunds??  Sounds a bit weird to me.  Could really do with the money back in my account too 😬

Hi,
I’m currently struggling to get my money back or even any actual real information from center parcs for a break that we were due to attend on 27th March. This was for over £3,000 and we have also booked activities that they are saying they can not access their systems to provide refunds for. What are my rights? How long is acceptable to wait for my money to be returned? This money is now desperately needed and center parcs have reduced all communication to just social media which can only provide basic excuses as to why it’s taking so long.
