I have recently opened an ISA with the Hampshire Trust Bank and have had problems logging into the account from the outset and now I cannot log in at all. I have not forgotten my log on details. At one point there was a message saying site maintenance. Has anyone else had any problems with them. I've totally lost confidence.

I have recently opened my first account with them. I had no login or other problems with them.

I would say 3/20 logins were successful and now I cannot log in at all. It keeps telling me the details are incorrect!

Are you copy-pasting in the password? Sometimes there are hidden characters which mess it up.
Its also case-sensitive (sorry if this is obvious)
