Oh Narco I wish I was good at things like that, it really is lovely. That's good news Pigpen, have heard from other people that one member of the household can get it but no-one else, and when you consider how infectious it is that's surprising.
Big As@a order delivered last night (I make no apologies for buying some extras things that we really need, I don't know how long we will carry on getting delivery slots and I am not going to the shops).
DS is still talking about going to his girlfriends, I am trying not to stress about it. I think his girlfriend is putting pressure on him to go but what can I say? He may have to go back to his uni halls if it doesn't work out.
And DS1 still has pain in his back and weird sensations in his legs and feet, I think it might be temporary nerve damage because of the chemo, but I am trying to persuade him to ring the hospital.
Trying to stay calm and chilled here, hope you have a good Wednesday everyone x10 -
Morning all,
That’s beautiful, Narc0, you're one talented flylady.
I’m a fully paid up member to the wide awake club now. Still, I’m up, one load in the wm, HHI done and laptop etc all set up for another day of screen staring. Breakfast now, and a quick catch up on the thread. Very pleased that Stressed Out Annie has been banished.
(Hugs) to all, and thoughts and gws to all the poorlies, especially Natty and Iona’s friend.
I’ll be back later. Stay safe all. X9 -

Two loads through WM and 1 through DW. DW wasn't actually full (!?) so the racking from the top oven went in too.
Have discovered Wilko is (a) open and (b) sells fence stuff. And even cheaper if I go for their own brand. And they take the vouchers I have. If I go I can also get rabbit/cat food which is essential. Valli, just be aware some own brand fence paints are like water, you need to either do two or three coats or repaint in the autumn time, suggest you check any online reviews for which ever paint you are planning on buying, but it is good drying weather for fence painting. Do you have a trolley / wheelbarrow you can put it all in to ' carry ' back? Also sounds a good way to use up your vouchers.WM done, stuff out on line that will fitKitchen doneI've also cleaned the inside of the windows, now the sun is shining in, they are not up to flylady standard.......... in fact when I look at the window frames they are shocking, flaking paint and such like, but I am not going to do anything about them....Now I have a choice of wandering around on the internet or going out for a walk in a bit......................Hugs to all those who are ill, please look after yourselves.Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

Slow morning here, checked out a few mask patterns on the web, looked for suitable fabric.
Pottered around tidying the kitchen.
Lunch is prepped ready to be cooked at the last minute, galettes today (buckwheat pancakes filled with ham, egg and cheese
Spoken to the mum of a student and decided best thing is to postpone exams for a year (they are voluntary extra english exams). I don't think I'll teach again before September now.
Look after yourselves and keep SMILING

Round 1 complete, plus I have made a start on my new Toots list. I'm going to leave that now as the sun is shining and I have 'real' stuff to do!
Valli I have used the W!lik0 wood paint on my allotment shed (the coloured one - purple & grey) and it was ok. We use the cuprin0l ducks back stuff in the garden with a 5 yr guarantee, but are finding we have to put it on annually (its like the forth bridge!!)
Ok - Round 2
move stuff around on patio
sweep
spray remaining patio
tea break somewhere in between!
Hang out bedding when its finished
Off I go!!

I'm planning on using fence stuff - I know it's rubbish compared to creosote. We used to test/blend it in the laboratory back in the day and it's basically water, dye and fungicide! It's well enough reviewed on their website so that'll do for me. It's Wilk0 timbercare. Actually I can probably find on street parking nearby. I'll give it a go. I would probably need two coats of whatever - the fence is bone dry, hasn't been treated for a while and will probably soak it up like blotting paper.

Thank you Honey Bear9 -
I'm part way through Round 2 - having a cuppa while waiting for the WM to finish & the patio to dry. I will then move the stuff back. I still have one tiny part to do, but I will do it another day as it is quite breezy out!
Round 3 (when I have finished round 2)
Lunch
Plant raspberry in a pot
Sow some tomatoes
Sow some peppers
Sow some flowers
