Stop prevaricating. They allege the dvla ID you as keeper.  You prove otherwise.  Really, really obvious a task. 

Supplementary witness statement. Search it.

There is nothing to stop you filing and serving a supplementary witness statement (@Coupon-mad suggests it all the time) and including the proof from the DVLA.
