This email they've sent has not been sent to the court. Is it therefore totally outside of the case?0 -
by "the email"do you mean their offer to settle? Yes of course it's out of the court system
have you proved you are not the RK? THats the obvious step.0 -
For example, ask the DVLA to confirm0

I don't think that falls to me to do does it?nosferatu1001 said:For example, ask the DVLA to confirm
If I did get the DVLA to confirm or could provide evidence say with a copy of the logbook for the car how could I submit that to the court? I have already submitted my witness statement.0 -
Well if you don't do it, who else do you think is going to prove you weren't and never have been the RK?
You just stating it is obviously going to be challenged with "have you any evidence of that?"1 -
That excuse of a letter from DCBL ......... have you missed something ??? Where is their reason for adding fake amounts0

I understand but I haven't submitted that in my witness statement.KeithP said:Well if you don't do it, who else do you think is going to prove you weren't and never have been the RK?

Presumably it's too late now then?0 -

Why are you so reluctant to even try and help yourself?
Find out if it is too late or not when you present your evidence in court - having emailed the court and claimant the evidence beforehand.1
