My first posting on here so please be kind!
Sun: Pork steaks, green beans new/roast pots carrots, broc. and cauli.
Mon:Chilli with rice and tomato ciabatta.

Wed: Chicken fajitas and salad.
Thur:Neck of lamb and veg stuffed pittas
Fri: H/M fishermans pie with oven chips and peas.
Sat: chicken kababs with rice.
I don't have to buy anything as it's all either in the freezer or fridge/cupboards.
I have set myself a challenge not to buy anything until the pantry/fridge/freezer is bare, so the concoctions may become very 'strange' as time goes by!

I've found another benefit (to me anyway) of this meal planning malarky!!-:D
have had this dreadful "fluey" virus since last Saturday-not felt much like eating and even less like thinking up meals/prepping/cooking them, but as I had done my meal planning, it was a whole lot less stressful AND the rest of the family got to eat!!!;)
This week's offerngs are as follows:
Sat-Tilapia fillets, roast mediterranean vegetables, HM bread.
Sun-Sausages, celeriac mash, cabbage, onion gravy.
Mon-Chilli (slow cooker-doing a batch cook), rice.

Weds-Caribbean mango chicken (sticker job) with rice.
Thurs-Pasta bake with cheese and??? not decided what else yet!
Fri-Steak and kidney with dumplings(HM, has been back of freezer for months, so if i am absent from boards next week you will know why  ), cabbage.
Hope everyone has a good week:DOf all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.....0 -
