Ooh, love looking at other people's meal plans, always desperate for inspiration...
Ours are:
Sat: veal escalopes in wine sauce, new potatoes and beans; icecream
Sun: roast chicken et al; usually skip pudding after all that!
Mon: chicken, bacon and leek pasta bake; HM apple crumble
Tue: Spanish omelette; HM treacle tart
Wed: work Christmas dinner so no cooking, hurrah!
Thurs: spaghetti with HM meatballs and HM tomato sauce; banoffi pie
Fri: Indian takeaway night (sacred tradition)
We have recently moved and I lost the contents of one freezeras the removal men packed all the stuff in cardboard boxes and then cleverly left the boxes on the lorry overnight... luckily, most of my freezer stuff was at my mum's while she was away on holiday. BUT the good news is that I went with my insurance money to buy more stuff to refill my freezer on Tesco super markdown day (or so it would seem) - for some reason the reduced meat and ready-to-cook-meal cabinet was PACKED with stuff so I bought up practically the entire cabinet and refilled my freezer - hence the veal escalopes, usually far too pricey!
