DoYouSpain cancellation

I have a booking for 7 days care hire with DoYouSpain in Majorca on Tuesday 7/4/20 and they have been in touch to say that obviously this is not happening. However, because the rate we had been given was a "special" non-refundable/non-cancellation, they will keep our money and offer us a voucher to be used by the end of the year. However, we did not cancel, they did as they are unable to supply the goods/service. Highly unlikely we will be travelling this year. Can they do this?

I suspect "non refundable" covers all contingencies - may be wrong of course.
