Looks like it's broken again this morning. Can't get in using app or web site. Message on the home page saying they're aware of it.

There's a message on their website:
We’re aware that a number of our customers are reporting problems logging in to internet banking and the mobile app. We’re currently looking into this and will provide an update as soon as possible.

As an interesting variation - Today I can't log in via Firefox or Edge, but Chrome works fine.
