TSB online or mobile banking working?

anyone having issue in logging in, me and my partner both cannot get into our accounts?

    Same here. Its about time they sorted their Online Banking out as it always very slow. Now its saying input info is incorrect.

    Yes - first attempt said I had used some wrong data - maybe I did as second attempt moved on.
    Otherwise it is very slow - screen may be blank, in which case refresh it.
    Or it may just take a long time to get the data you want. 
    I have been able to see money arriving in a current account and have moved from one account to another and made a payment out.
    saw something like /holdingpage at the end of the address bar entry on some occasions.
    That was for online from my desktop computer: I don't use mobile.

    They now have a message on their website: We’re aware that a number of our customers are reporting problems logging in to internet banking and the mobile app. We’re currently looking into this and will provide an update as soon as possible.

    It's very slow, but eventually it responds. I saw a brief warning that Flash had been blocked (by Chrome)
    I've no idea why they are using Flash. Have they always done so, or is it a new 'feature'

    originally it said a small number of our customers have been affected thats now changed to a number still no idea how long it will be offline for i can't even log in with mobile or online banking.
    TSB really do need to sort out their platforms its not been the same since that long outage just afew years ago.

    Can't login via my android app at the moment.

    App not working at all (throws up an error straight away), and Web site (eventually) tells me I have entered an incorrect User ID or Password (I haven't).

    App either gives me an error or the good old spinning circle of death.
  • It's all stuck at the moment, hopefully they resolve soon.
