You have a MCOL account, using the details on the claim form? I assume you still HAVe your claimn form
Post is a terrible idea at any point for the AoS, hence why youre explicitly told, in the newbies thread, to use MCOL3 -
My AoS was received on 23 March, one day after the 14 day period, even though I posted it first class on 19 March. I have a certificate of postage, although, as far as I can work out, it does not say on it that I posted it first class. Any suggestions if I should do anything regarding this? Is it likely to be a problem?0

Nothing can be done right now. Just get your defence done.1

Also I said earlier......you have until 4pm on Monday 6th April 2020 to file your Defence.Do not delay. You only have a few days now.1 -
I’m trying to find the concise defence template from bargepole for Letter before Claims defence, seen that this is recommended. But can’t find it, does anyone have a link?

No one seems to read the advice provided by expert volunteers, given free of charge in their own time. I wonder whether it would be different if a solicitor (at £200 per hour) was so directing them? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I’m planning to use the Bargepole standard format with adjustments where necessary. I have a question about paragraph 16 (beginning ‘The Defendant is not the main/only driver of this vehicle and has no knowledge of any parking charge notice (‘PCN’) or letters’)you might be able to advise on please.....
Should I leave this paragraph in as written? I am not sure how good a case I have otherwise. I rang their general enquiry number to try and pay by mistake. They told me if I could prove I’d rung that number I’d be let off any charge. I didn’t ask my phone company for a call log soon enough and the only evidence I can now include is a message from the phone company saying they can’t provide a copy of call records for that far back.0
