Definantly Dixons Group. They have a division known as Genesis, specialising in mobile phone service reselling. They have proved to be the worst decision that I made in 31 years in business. Thankfully my one year contract is about to end and I will be moving my contract elsewhere. However, I have little doubt that the transfer will not progress smoothly and that, as with my transition onto their system, my departure will be made extremely difficult and I will be without service. Hopefully it will not match the 10 days of zero service which I experienced last year - that was just the start of a bad series of experiences. You have been warned my friends.

Another one to watch out for is a fixed line reseller named Unicom. Extremely aggresive selling techniques and they are not above 'bending' the truth by representing themselves as an "Authorised BT reseller". They are so thick skinned that even abuse doesn't get you removed from their repeat call list. Anyway, in the absence of Unicom, I am sticking with Dixon Group.

I have voted for NTL because a salesman called at my 73 year old mums house and really bullied her and told her all her channels would be cut off if she didn't go with NTL and really upset her, needless to say he had scarpered by the time I got there.
When I complained I was told that they have extensive training in customer relations. I told them to ask for their money back!

OK I admit one tiny mistake - i thought i had included BT! Alas its too late

As for McD's well its a US company and the same with Microsoft (plus i know if Msft had been in it'd have won)

As for others - well how many do you want - I could've done 100 - but i thought it a reasonable sample. Still I think the proof is in the number of votes and the discussion interesting reading

As for me I voted for (xxxxxx) well that'd be telling!

I'd vote for Jamster. Then we wouldn't have to put up with all those bloody annoying ringtone adverts, that seem to pollute every ad break on tv.

Votes for Railtrack are invalid as Byers bumped them into deep space and LO he created Network Rail and believe it or not more trains are running to time. But don't ask how much it's cost!
RT votes should therefore be transferred free and gratis to BT....

I'd willingly zap London Electricity (aka Electricite de France or EdF) but they are not here. They are hated and despised for their dishonesty and bullying, not only here in London, but in France too!

And yes, Nestle, BT and Mucky Dees all deserve to be on the list, despite being global.

As for "AA", isn't that the wonderful fellowship that charges absolutely no fees yet saves the lives of millions of recovering alcoholics all over the world?

Methinks Martin might have mistakenly missed out the definitive article  and intended to place another rescue organisation at the top of the list, yes?

Good poll, zap the big banks, they are quick enough to take your money, but lwhen you run into hard times they just don't want to know!!!

Glad to see sky near the top, my grandad (71) was on sky, had some sort of problem with a mixed up bill, sky didn't want to know and passed the bill on to debt collectors who in the end threatend to ' come and see him ' a good few years ago he would of enjoyed that, but not now at 71.
