All they want is your money, and the only way they can get it is to take you too court and win, and you pay.  The second is unlikely imo.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

If your appeal to POPLA was rejected, all you can do is sit back and see what APCOA's next move is. As they've never previously pursued any motorist through the courts, I'm sure they're not going to start with you. You could get a debt collector sending you letters, but these can be safely ignored. Please read NEWBIES FAQ sticky, fourth post, to learn about that stage of the process.

Come back in the extremely unlikely event of APCOA issuing a court claim when I'll eat my leg we will help you defend it. I don't expect we will see you again! 🙂
Many thanks.  I will write to them then.  I will also put in the letter that I am now out of work so even if they took me to court I could not pay them! Fingers crossed x
Where in my previous post did I advise writing to APCOA?  Why on earth would you want to do that?  Knowing you are out of work is likely to encourage them to ramp up further pressure on you.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Ah, sorry, I just thought I would have to contact them because POPLA said I only have 14 days in which to pay it.  Hence if I contacted them and told them I could not pay it might go in my favour.  If you think not, then I wont..thanks.

No, it won't go in your favour.
Again you don't have to pay unless a court tells you. Courts are, realistically, not going to get you in front of a judge fir many, many months.

It's not an apcoa car park , probably Victoria train station ? Which apcoa manage (but do not own) if it is the train station then Network rail own it !!

How anyone can lose there is beyond me , if they followed the previous advice on here for that location , especially as Apcoa do not follow POFA plus it does not apply for that train station car park

Clearly you failed the basics to lose a popla appeal against APCOA , because everyone else that fights APCOA with forum assistance wins due to apcoa withdrawing
