Anyone having problems contacting Three support

Hi all,
I spoke to Three mobile about an issue with my data not being available without wifi a week ago and after trying a few things i was told that someone would look into it and get back to me within 24/48 hours. A week later, I have tried to contact Three on the options available as per their website ie Live Chat , Three store now and even Live broadcast but none of these are available.
Other than contacting the financial ombudsman to complain- who at least have an email contact, I'm at a loss as to what to do. Although I am home most of the day now and I have wifi at home. This is not an ideal situation to be as I'm also a volunteer and need to be able to use my phone when I am not at home or when wifi is not working.

Looks like Three support may be non existent for a while. If you can make calls and send text away from home then msy be you live with that. If its is essential to have data away from home rather than nice to have then you may need to try a different phone/sim/network but it depend upon how critical it is for you to have data and whether you phone is unlocked and how much you are willing to spend.
But if you change network you are unlikely to get support from other networks if you need it,1 -
Does your phone support wifi calling?

Cut Three a bit of slack, their support staff are thin on the ground as a result of the current situation.1

Friend us with 3 and he says they have closed everything he wanted more data if I remember correctly not sure if he even got through to 30

At the moment, I can receive calls but I communicate a lot on WhatsApp as most people do these days and this is not available without wifi or network data. I can appreciate their customer support may be a bit thin on the ground but they have provided info on their website to contact Three now app or live chat and neither of them is available. Incorrect/misleading info on how to contact them is not very helpful and Im not sure that can be blamed on the current situation.0 -
Why not post what your problem is? Maybe someone has had the same issue and can suggest a fix for you?

The issue is that I can't get any data when I am out of the house. Three looked into the issue and couldn't resolve, then told me this would be looked into and get back to me. I mentioned in my very first post.
I have also tried various things before I contacted Three.0 -
Either Three has no data in your area, very unlikely, or your phone has mobile data turned off, or you have used up all your data allowance.
