Many thanks Purps. I was just in bits a couple of days ago. Fortunately cat is doing alot better. Having to juggle the different meds but she is alot happier.
Felt it was the least I could do with the sewing machine. It's a 5000 strong community group set up so just a little something from me.
Stay safe LPP and a big thank u from me.
Today I will hoover the landing and DD room plus change her bed as hopefully she will be home tomorrow
Might push the boat out and do abit of a dust aswell.
More washing out on the line
Forgot to get the beef out last night (this is beef from the christmas joint. It was too big for the slow cooker so kept having to chop bits off it). I knew the bits would come in handy. Will get out now for tomorrow to use up with any left over bits in the fridge
Dawn ur OH did bring a smile to my face with the lentil stash
So I think it will be a fish finger and chips daywith some Midsomer Murders later.
I will set up and start my spends book.
Have a good day everyone x

Morning allOH made me laugh with his lentils too HK. Stashes of pies yes, but lentils not so muchI got up early, walked and fed the dog, fed the birds, consumed lots of coffee, and had breakfast. Now contemplating going back upstairs to wash my hair. Didn't do it earlier as a) I didn't want to walk the dog with wet hair (brrr) and b) I didn't want to disturb OH. But as it is now almost 8.30 I have no qualms about waking him - in fact I think I can hear him moving around.Other plans:Heating is off, and it is a comfortable temperature in here without needing to dress up like an eskimoThe dresser! Some tidying and putting away, in particular in the loft conversion spare bedroom today I think. I also want to get my growlight thing out of the eaves cupboard and set it up in the conservatory for more seedlings.Water the tomato babies which are currently sunbathing on the dining room tableMight make stilton and walnut scones, as I discovered both stilton and walnuts, left over from Christmas, in the freezer - will freeze some of the finished sconesFreeze the boxes of red wine sauce that I made yesterday and left in the fridge overnightDinner will be sausages plus leftovers from yesterday - bubble and squeak and a bit of red wine gravy. Will cook some fresh veg as well.Long awaited Asda delivery is supposed to be happening this evening. They don't have the best reputation for deliveries locally, so it will be interesting to see if they turn up at all, and if they do, what they bring. If it doesn't happen, I will have to brave Lidl tomorrow.5
