TUI - Booked in Store, Balance now due, unable to pay on-line

Hi, which phone number did you use to speak to someone at Tui? Our holiday balance is due next week and haven't heard anything from the branch where we booked the holiday and I'd like to pay it so we at least have some come back if it doesn't go ahead. Thanks.

I've been calling for 2 days now as my balance is due for our holiday on the 4th August. I've been on hold for between and hour to 2 hours each time to then being just cut off! Where do I stand if I can't get through? We booked in store and I can't do anything online apart from see my count down.

Suspect the stores will be open by the 4th August.

Hi, can anyone tell me why easyjet  is starting to charge for changing flights? their website informs that there is no charge, but this is not the case, is their system not working?
