The point with the Jack Chapman early ones was, due to the timing it as impossible for him to have read/authorised/signed (electronically or not).

If there are newer signed added, then you should certainly state that and say the only reasonable conclusion would be that the previous signs were inadequate and were not seen, which is likely to have caused unexpected PCNs like this one, and landowner complaints.

Sorry I meant; have they included a photo of that sign actually taken in their car park? The only one I noticed was a "stock" picture on page 15 of their WS

No photo of any sign taken from site in their WS. I am going to put this in my WS. Thank you for that

0845 numbers banned in 2014, so unless they want to admit to breaking the law are they really trying to get the court to believe THAT sign was in place 4 years later?

Yes, I understand this point. I will post now my WS hope this is correctly capture. Need to post WS on this Wednesday, 2 days for delivery and 14 days before Hearing.

Well you have a section about no landowner authority, yes?
So they supplied a contract between them and this company EMRCo ltd, yes?
So theyre saying that is the landowner
Except they dont own any land
So theyre not the landowner
So there stilll isnt landowner authority...
