Bargepole's thread linked in the NEWBIES thread shows you how to fill in the N180 DQ.  No questions about it please....!
........ not to mention that KeithP already gave a link to the follow-on process on 25th March in this very thread.

Me too.  I have won four times in Reading, none to do with parking though.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Hope this case will be moved to Reading court where I am living.
You get the chance to choose your local court when you complete your Directions Questionnaire.

Reading eh?  I'm sure Beamerguy will be interested to hear that.

That would be great, but with this pandemic not sure there will be court hearing. Maybe teleconference.

Is there possibility that the claimant will not procced with court proceedings? What will be next step if they procced? Should I start preparation now?

They will via the highly incompetent Gladstones Solicitors.   Gladstones then add on a fake £60 that they know is unlawful and the courts spank them.   UKCPM already experience this incompetence and right now it's 50/50 and for a judge to decide.   If they do continue tocourt we assist you to helping the judge to understand why he/she should kick out the Gladstones claim.

In the meantime you can put together your defence by looking at the ABUSE OF PROCESS thread.   Your job will be to spank them

    Hi,
I have submitted my defence few days ago. Hope this case will be moved to Reading court where I am living.
Sorry missed that ...... so Reading,  Last time I was in Reading County Court was December assisting another OP.
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6008854/britania-parking-pcn-bournemouth/p1

The parking ticket was issued in Bournemouth but the OP also lived in Reading.  That was BWLegal who got a spanking, but these cases are all the same.   Happy to assist you so please PM me

Three days ago, I got Claimant's Directions Questionnaire from UKCPM. From NEWBIES thread I will take advice to wait Directions Questionnaire from the CCBC.

    Hi Everyone,

This claim is still alive and I got few months ago LETTERS ABOUT HEARINGS and start preparing my WS. (in attachment).

In the meanwhile I got respond from UKCP and their WS. (In attachment)

For my WS I will use source from NEWBIES thread and “Chefdave” and “keypulse” examples.

Is this enough? Is there any new source, now UKCPM using different "witness" not any more Jack Chapman of UKCPM.

Who is this lady now  Alexandra Morrison?

    Thank you for all help....

The attachments are confusing as it talks about a hearing taking place in Reading Court and then goes on to give information as if it is a video/telephone hearing.  Do you know which it is?
