Is there possibility that the claimant will not procced with court proceedings? What will be next step if they procced? Should I start preparation now?

Possible, but UKCPM are the country's most litigious PPC by a country mile. Don't bank on any unlikely outcome.

All the 'next steps' are shown in great detail in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, second post (written by a legally qualified regular contributor) - I'm very surprised, that this far into your case, you seem not to know about that advice.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

They will via the highly incompetent Gladstones Solicitors.   Gladstones then add on a fake £60 that they know is unlawful and the courts spank them.   UKCPM already experience this incompetence and right now it's 50/50 and for a judge to decide.   If they do continue tocourt we assist you to helping the judge to understand why he/she should kick out the Gladstones claim.

In the meantime you can put together your defence by looking at the ABUSE OF PROCESS thread.   Your job will be to spank them

You get the chance to choose your local court when you complete your Directions Questionnaire.

Reading eh?  I'm sure Beamerguy will be interested to hear that.
