apologies but I confused myself, do I send a copy to the solicitor or the Parking control management as they are the actual claimant?

No court is involved at the moment , only the CCBC
I would download the DQ , fill it in and email it to the CCBC to their Email address , plus send a copy to the claimant as well
would you send the copy to the claimant by recorded delivery or just normal one?
    Email it.
they didn't provide any email address, I have checked both letters

This contains 3 options, it's a bit old now, and, from memory there may be only one of them working. Send your email to all 3 and see what happens.

You only had to search the forum to find Gs email address...not the letters.

If you took time to read even more Gladstones claim threads (as you really should!) you would have known all this already.  Everyone files and serves their DQ by email.

    Hi all
it's been a while but I'm now at the stage to file my WS as my court date has been booked. I'm reading through the forum to prepare for the WS but I just wanted to ask, Gladstone in their WS included a copy of agreement regarding the private land I stopped temporary on which is between the claimant and my housing association(they are freeholders) of the flat I live in, I'm assuming this will not help me in any way even if I was to contact my housing association?
Do I still have chances to win this if in my WS I will just use the points of exactly what has happened and why I believe this charge should not apply?
Please don't jump on my but If I were to lose in court but agree to pay would a CCJ still be put on me?
    Thanks
    S

To the last question , if you pay up promptly , asap , in full , but definitely within 30 days , the CCJ will be expunged and will not affect your credit rating , as explained by Johnnersh only recently

They did mention that we are just using a generic defence found on internet,
Standard paragraph in every WS they write. As one Judge remarked, "So what?"

Your witness statement is "in support of my defence as already filed" and as such cannot introduce new points.  The purpose of your WS is to back up and support your defence, therefore you need to provide the narrative, the story of what happened on the day and subsequently.  That should include your evidence that you have permission to park there as it is in your lease.  No parking company can override your rights granted in that lease.  If what they are saying in their WS is false, just point this out in the first few points of your WS.

Why are you not just adapting the single example of a WS in the NEWBIES thread?

Also did they include the contract, and can't you show us it? We might be able to pick holes in it
