so I keep checking but the MCOL latest document still says AoS however as I have received the letter by post I think I will not chase them as most likely they just don't have people to update the details atm
I have however received Claimant's Directions Questionnaire which as per the newbies tread I have ignore so far but it's been 2 weeks since receiving this so just wonder if I should download this from the web, complete and send to the court or keep waiting to receive it from CCBC?
Thanks!

No court is involved at the moment , only the CCBC
I would download the DQ , fill it in and email it to the CCBC to their Email address , plus send a copy to the claimant as well3 -
can I just confirm that should add this in D1 section? as their solicitor is Gladstones
Note: Gladstones are currently including a 'request for special directions' asking the Court to hear the case on the papers only, without an oral hearing. You should oppose this, and include the following text in D1: “The Defendant opposes the Claimant’s request for special directions, and requests that the case be listed for an oral hearing at the defendant’s home court, pursuant to CPR 26.2A(3)”.

Are they asking this? You know, as you have a copy of their DQ.1

Never ever send anything to a parking company or their solicitors using any service that requires a signature. All that does is give the intended recipient the opportunity to not sign and hence refuse delivery. All you have then is proof of non-delivery. Not quite what you want.If you want to use Royal Mail, then send it by standard first class post obtaining a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office counter. The item is deemed delivered two working days later.Keep that Certificate of Posting as proof.3

Nobody is signing for deliveries anyway , be it signed for or special delivery , no such thing as recorded
It wasn't a good idea before the pandemic , it's chaos at the moment with less proof of delivery2 -
