Do you have an email address for O2?
Hi,
My signal strength has dropped from full to zero at home, but is OK elsewhere.
I'm assuming my local base station has a fault, but when I tried to report on line using O2's "contact us" the darn page just dumps out.
I'm not about to PAY to tell them there's a fault by using their contact phone numbers - not that my phone works anyway! - so I wondered does anyone know of their customer care email address please?

Don't think there's an e-mail address for O2 unless your an Online customer, whereby you can contact O2 at mycare@o2mail.com This e-mail address is for customer service issues related to Online Accounts ie billing etc...
The only number for Network Services is 08705 2140000 -
I'll try the email
