Cancellation rights

I booked and paid for a short holiday with Shearings.  Because of this Coronavirus Shearings has cancelled the holiday.  Shearings told me that the holiday would be deferred and to pick another date.  I asked for my money back but they said they can’t do that.  But they have sent me a cancellation invoice and it states on there that refunds are automatic if the holiday was paid by credit/debit card the refund would be automatic, but over a week later I have not received this credit.  I have rang several times but the phone just rings constantly, I don’t know if the office is open or not.  I have rang several times during the day.  Where do I stand?
