I've manually received one too - again the eVoucher expiry of 2nd October - that's after contacting them by messenger.
Assume that's a use by and now a stay by.0 -
Hi,
I'm part of a hen party who booked a stay at a travel lodge in London obviously now this has been cancelled due to covid-19, they are only offering us vouchers is there anyway we can get the cash back?0 -

Not if you booked the cheapest saver rate, if so they're already being generous allowing you to have vouchers/change dates &/or location......assuming they are remaining OPEN for business on the dates you've booked.
Different story if they would be closed though, then it would be them cancelling, not you.Seen it all, done it all, can't remember most of it.0 -
You were happy to pay the non refundable rate I assume? Therefore vouchers are more than they actually need to do. Take them and go away somewhere once all this is over.0

Depends when the booking is for.I had a Travelodge booked for 10th/11th April. At first they offered vouchers, then a few weeks ago they sent an email offering a full refund OR vouchers with an extra 25% credit.0

Has anyone had any luck getting a refund from for Travelodge? My parents 88 & 85 and my niece and her partner had booked for June this year and have only been offered a transfer of date. Both of the pensioners suffer with chests and are in isolation and MY niece is a student with chronic asthma and is also in isolation so is unable to work anymore so they could really do with a refund.
Any help appreciated it is £400 in total.
Thanks in advance
Heather

Did you book the non refundable saver rate? Sadly you reap what you sow and a change of date is probably more than they actually need to do here.0

You'll be able to get a full refund or date change.1
