I was able to access the Live Chat from the Android app and closed my savings account quickly with the chatbot.(I was in the same situation as everyone else - just got the auto-responder from the secure message, and no live chat on my desktop.)0

Just tried again and eventually got connected to a real person who has requested closure for me. Time will tell.0
